Half the people today would not even know the meaning of most of the words in that "Cowboy Code" let alone live them.
We are not teaching or passing down very many of the values of our fore fathers very well. I have tried to pass them along to my kids and grand kids but it seems the pull of their peers is a greater influence at times.
Then write it in cursive and many of the younger kids could not read it. In 100 years will any one be able to read the original Founding documents??? Maybe just the "Edited" versions that whom ever is in power tell them is correct. Kind of scary if that is a plan by someone. The real sad part is that I can even think that about the politicians we have today.
