Yeah, I did not blow his cover, it was funny seeing him blend right in. I liked him in "Fletch" I used to run into these people often it seemed, just by working there, michael imperioli-sopranos used to date someone in the building where I had an office, sara jessica parker and others from s#x in the city, they filmed scenes outside my office, you'd walk out and there is a concession table loaded with incredible food for them, film and equipment trucks everywhere. I let the director of spin city put lighting up on the 3rd floor deck of a job on W.22nd st, to get the scene, one of the production guys came in and dropped off a spin city sweatshirt. I have seen most of the actors from that show, including Heather LOL ! Always seemed you would run into film crews and scenes being shot, one movie they wanted me to shut down a gang of laborers hammering out rock in a big foundation and underpinning job, to get the scene without the noise. I ran into Mike Tyson, one afternoon, in traffic while I was going home, got an evil stare from him, LOL he was in this really nice BMW roadsteror coupe type car, rag top, incredible wheels, thats what I was looking at first, then this big guy turns around, stares at me and its him ! I've seen him before, local establishment back in the day, trolling for women. He too used to date someone near my office. After awhile, you just get used to it, Law and Order SVU, also used to shoot scenes near my office quite often, I many times walked across the street with the actors and their production people by hap chance, it was funny. First time I ever saw a driving scene, car on a trailer, actors inside, thats how they do that ! Even more ironic, I made good money but could not afford to live in Manhattan, so I lived nearby, Brooklyn, or NJ, and one of the places I stayed while in between apartments or houses, the Wayne Motor Inn, Wayne, NJ. They shot many of the gambling scenes in the Soprano's there, work all day, deal with it in the city, get home and well you can't get home as they're filming LOL ! I kid you not, I'd come home, look around, man at the desk was an actor portraying a hasidic jewish man, thats not the regular gal at the desk !, some call girl actors running around, and there they are filming in one of the rooms, Gandolfini and the others, while I stayed there, most times I'd go down to the local place good food, have dinner and a beer then go home after they were done and we were allowed in, fun times LOL, ( long long days back then ... I could have cared less about it, Sopranos, I needed the day to end, and to rest, sometimes it did not happen LOL !)

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
