Jim has it pretty much nailed on the head. When I was wrenching on combines on the harvest I carried a simple chest type tool box with about every wrench he mentioned. With that tool box I could fix 75% of the problems I ran into. When we went to Lexion combines I had to start carrying metrics and then the box got heavy. We had the tool truck too and I did need it on occasion, but usually I could go up the ladder with my box and not need anything else.
One rule I had was NO ONE touched Jim's tool box except Jim!
