I am 70 + and for years lived here on the river with the occasional small flood but in the last three years we have had what they call two floods of the century and several more overflows. Just goes with the crazy weather all over the country. Last year July & August broke 100 year temp records and now this year more like spring temps all summer. Just has not been hot at all. Normally by August we are down to mowing the yard about ever 10 days , so wet now can,t even go 7 days. Crazy weather
