Wondering if any one has any recomendations on a spreader that can do a GOOD even job of applying Breeder litter. It pretty much is 100 poo and some eggs in it. Wetter stuff is sticky and clumpy. Have used Chandler litter spreader types, which work good for the lighter drier fluffy stuff, but not the wet. It just tosses out softball sized clumps and I end up with 10 ton behind the spreader and 1 ton between spreader passes, and you know how that makes the corn yeild and look. I need to be able to get a low rate, 2-3.5 ton /acre, and spread even. A typical new holland 195 type puts on too thick unless you drive 10mph, Dealer has a Hagerdorn Hydra push, nice sized, but I am wondering if a rear verticle beater spreader would be better. I am afraid I Knight side slinger would get the augers packed and not feed. Any other suggestions? Looking at used only and under $10,000
