There is no easy answer. Every state has their own system of robbing you. We don't have many toll roads in Colorado. The one that bypasses Denver on the east has changed so much since they installed it and it is expensive. I drove all the way across Ohio for a lot less then it cost to use that toll road. At present, you just drive and they read an EZ pass or the license plate. I assume a rental car just gets the license plate read and you will eventually get a bill on your credit card. Many complaints here about out of staters getting late charges on their bills. Easiest to just avoid them if possible. Frank

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
