It all depends on what you want to do with the tractor after you get it. If you are wanting to do serious work then I would move up to the later MF 35 or MF 135 if you want MF brand.
The TO30 does not have live hydraulics or PTO. The later MF 35 and MF 135 machines at least had live PTO and hydraulics. They are about the same size. Just cost a little more to buy.
The TO30 was built in the USA and the TE30 was built in England. Very little difference between the two. Parts are not hard to find for either of them. Many after market suppliers too.
