Seems about right, theft of everything seems to be up. I blame a stagnant economy, joblessness, little hope for a better life that the Left has been spouting and the brainless and lazy eat it up. I'd like to see a few of these thieving dogs put down permanently, since the jails are full of drug users, dealers and "manufacturers" (who also steal their supplies from the local farmers).
