It would appear that the guys with the guns (the military) are the least bad. The only reason I say that is because they seem to understand that there is a national border around Egypt. The Muslin Brudderhood (the guys throwing the rocks) is an international organization and doesn't really observe any borders. And then there's the unaffiliated groups that are simply using the unrest as cover for all sorts of stuff that may put them on one side or the other, or both. Lastly is the civilians who are not involved except as victims. In any case, it's a danged shame.
