Has anybody else been out doing fieldwork or something of that nature, and just got the feeling that something was watching you, or something just wasn't right?
I was out running the bush hog today and got off the tractor to toss some chunks of limb that had fallen, and were too big to run over. I started throwing those chunks of wood down into the woods, and all of a sudden the hair on the back of my neck stood up, and I got the feeling that I wasn't alone. I don't spook easily, but I ended up going back to Mamaw, and Papaw's house, and got a pistol to carry with me while I finished up. The feeling went away just before I got done. This happened on a ridge top mostly surrounded by woods, and mostly out of the sight of any houses.
Any one else have a story to share?
I've been out in the woods most of my life day, and night, and never got a feeling like that before.
