Good looking job on the potatoes.
On your front blade/scoop. I have repaired them using new mold board plow shears as a new cutting edge. I used (3) 14 inch shears. One went in the front straight across. I then cut angles on the other two and put them on each end. They ended up in an upside down "V" shape with a flat top. On one of the diggers the steel behind the cutting blade was still good enough so I just welded the new cutting edge on. The other digger was worn/rusted clear out. So I used some 3/8 steel plate to make the back half of it.
