Typical behavior of all politicians in today's USA, do nothing. The law is clear, they need to pay and then sue the dogs owner. Funny how when the shoe is on the other foot they will enforce a law in order to collect money for the budget even if it's outdated and unfair and doesn't make sense. The law is the law, enforce it all or do away with them. But live up to the ones on the books now. Those clowns should be voted out next election.
