Wee Fest takes place not too far from me. It's a 3 day, drunken country musical festival that is known for DUI's, assaults, fights and worse (you know, good old wholesome country). Then we have the tractors/truck pulls that always results in a large number tickets shortly after while all these "men" are showing just how tuff they are cause they got big tires on jacked up trucks that have never been off road. Wanna prove yer a man? Join the service and do something for your country. Try taking care of your kids and buy them something or do something with them instead of leaving them home with no toys while you go drink beer with yer buds and having conversations that your kid might have...."mine's bigger, no mine's bigger, no mine's bigger, x brand is better".

Today's Featured Article - 12-Volt Conversions for 4-Cylinder Ford 2000 & 4000 Tractors - by Tommy Duvall. After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
