After grinding original valves 20 years ago i FEEL IT IS TIME TO RENEW THE LOT. the lifters and guides are original.
The valves are sticking ( ATF + acetone treatment did not help more than temporarily) and I would like to know what I need. I have the tractor on an island so I would like to make the repair job there.
Can I do the repair job without taking the radiator off? This is a front distributor model.
What sort of valves (and adjustable lifters?, springs etc ) would make sense to order. Engine pistons and all bearings renewed 20 years ago. Tractor in daily summer use on my boat yard.
The valve seats I will be forced to refurbish only with hand electric tools as the tractor is as said on the island.
