Our phone and internet went dead on a Friday afternoon in July when I had over 1000 bales worth of hay on the ground to bale and sell over the next few days. Called the company on my tracfone and they said "we'll have someone out there to fix it by 5 pm Tuesday". I said we pay the business rate and need this phone, is there anything you can do. She said she would file an escalation order. I asked what that did and she just said again she could file it. They got it up on Monday, but it was a challenge using my cell to talk to the customers because it doesn't work inside the buildings and I can't hear it on the tractor. Zach
