We are like PJH, have DSL with Frontier and were considered at the limit from the office. It comes and goes and has heavy useage such as on holidays etc. We went with a faster service and I think that was money thrown away. I think they are all alike, at the begining with fewer people, the servers are not overloaded. Then as they get more subscribers, they get overloaded. They are always updating and most of the time it is not for our good.
