I could not agree more. Lets go back to go back 125 years and start over. No Social Security; no unemployment; no taxes; no free schools; no grants; no medaling in other countries problems; no air force 1 or remodeling of the white house every time someone new moves in. You want streets so you can drive your car put that as a gas tax and use the money only on streets. There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
