I've been mixing two cycle in to the diesel fuel for my JD4320 for five years now. About 3oz every fill up.
The injector pump would stick and when idled down it would die. Not good on a hot turbo engine. I'd have to knock on the pump to restart and even had to tear into the pump once.
The two cycle oil cured it.
On Fordtrucks.com there was a guy who tested all kinds of additives to see which got the best mileage. He tried ATF, motoroil, power service, lucus, Marvel, and some others I can't remember. Two cycle won for him.
