I truly understand that reserve situation. In the last 30 years my water table has dropped over 40 feet; but the population of our area has gone from 2000 to over 38000. Our local Farmers got together & decided that they could make more money by sub-dividing their land and selling it as real-estate than they ever could by farming it. Then they advertised "cheap land" without first putting the infrastructure in place, and now our community is playing "catch-up".
I moved here because I wanted to live in a small Farming Community, not a big city suburb; but now were the 60 mile away "bedroom community" for Las Vegas (just where I DIDN'T want to be, another suburb).
