Nothing would surprise me anymore as my son in laws const company bought a bunch of bargain tape measures because they lose a lot of them so decided to save some money. You know where they came from too. Turns out that in just two feet they were off 3/4 of an inch and at 8' they were off so far the guys knew it before even laying it down on the work!!! If they can't even get a MEASURING TAPE right then how can anyone expect them to get ANYTHING right????

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
