First of all you were lucky finding a post office...I spent two weeks in America casually looking for one! then finally gave up and asked a post man for directions. Our post offices are in gas filling stations....We all do things different! We also have to wear seat belts by law, penalty points and a fine if you don't Local plumber was driving through town in his work van when he was flashed(photographed) inside the 30mph zone. He was positive he was not doing 30 and got mad and turned around and drove past the same camera....at 25mph and got flashed again...thought he would be real smart and drove past again at 20mph this time....flashed again. So he decided to file a complaint. They had 3 clear photographs of him driving in town ....WITHOUT A SEATBELT!.....9 penalty points and a fine. (12 penalty points = no licence) Sam
