The Billy Bobs will give you plenty of info and opinions, legal and electrical questions bring out the most responses sometimes, all the fine gents here are willing to help, gotta love that....Putting on my lawyers hat, here are a few quick thoughts off the top of my head, and UNLIKE some of the more complex legal questions posed here, I dont think you need a lawyer for this one lol, Billy Bob and Bubba will do fine most likely.

If you Google it there a a GAZILLION free forms out there most of which are fine as its NOT rocket science and NOT any complicated form.

Without looking at any I have prepared or any forms (so sure, I may miss a thing or two but hey this is FREE lol)

I would want the BUYER and SELLER names and their address welllllllllll DUH

I would want a receipt of how much was paid and in what form (cash. check, gold etc) IE Received from _______ this _____day of _________, 2013, X Dollars _________for _______________________

I would want to know from where it is to be picked up (farm or field etc) and/or to where its to be delivered (if delivery is included) and a Buyers receipt and acknowledgement of YES it was delivered or I will pick it up and yes I have received it and am satisfied with the goods

Probably some sort of statement to the effect
goods are sold as is or where is etc with no warranty express or implied

I would want a description of the item sold including any serial numbers or make n model n year etc etc brand AND IF HAY simply a brief description such as round or square and how many bales and what kind of hay and from where they were taken and/or where delivered etc

I would title the document BILL OF SALE

Names,,,,,,Signatures,,,,,,,date,,,,,,,,,description of good,,,,,,,,receipt of money paid,,,,,,,acknowledgement of receipt and satisfaction of goods sold,,,,,,,as is,,,,,,

John T Attorney at Law (NO Warranty or no guarantee I didnt miss anything, Im in a hurry and no charge besides)

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
