With all due respect and not meaning to hurt anyones feelings, what you have there is an overgrown lawn mower. It might run a 7 foot haybine, maybe, and will almost certainly be okay for a rake. A small square baler it might run, I don't think a round baler is a realistic option though. You only have 25 hp to work with, and that's "claimed" hp, not tested hp, so what ever you run it's going to have to be light and small.
You might try borrowing or renting a small haybine to see if it'll run it to start with. See how it does and go from there. You could always go with a sicklebar mower, but most folks don't want to go that slow and labor intensive these days. It's also going to depend on how much hay you want to actually do. 8 or 10 acre is one thing, 75 or 100 or more is a whole 'nuther ball game.
