Rather than get a huge cabin-style tent, I suggest two smaller ones. The smaller tents are easier to transport and erect, and they tend to be more weatherproof. That way if you and your wife are camping alone, you aren't stuck with a huge tent you don't need. I also suggest you get a standalone awning, so you'll have a place to sit and eat that's out of the sun and rain, and you'll be able to get by with a smaller tent.
