Make sure the shaft slides freely and that the yolks are correctly phased. If someone has broken the shaft tube and rewelded it... it may not be phased correctly. Beyond that... probably the nature of the beast. Mine has a 3 joint shaft and that doesn't vibrate. If you wanted a 3 joint you would need the correct hitch tongue for the baler along with the short shaft section that goes with it. Basically need to find a scrapped baler and get the front off of it... and REBUILD it before you install it. New crosses, etc. The slop you see in the ORC on the baler is fairly normal. That needs some freedom in it's design so that it can freewheel when you stop the PTO.
