its probably true that once in awhile something slips in and they dont catch it, i have a friend who has bought several of the high end cars from the scottsdale auction and he tells me they are supposed to look each car over before being acepted in the auction to prevent 90 day wonders, and bondo bombs from getting in, his latest one was a 1970 hemi cuda convertable he wont tell me what he gave for it but he did mention it cost more than 2 or 3 of his others currently he has 252 cars ,all in a hidden personal collection, i havent counted em but the corvett portion takes up 2 buildings by itself , id guestimate around 20 to 25 cars, the cuda is flawless in and out and underneath , and no, it does not get driven, some others are the only surviving example of the model known to still exist, just unbelievable at least i get to see them, but no driving them lol
