Yes I saw the post on Tractor Tales about ad phrase meanings.
When you read an ad that says 90% restored, what the heck does that mean? Who decides what constitues 90%. It's my guess that one guy might have a real piece of crap and he thinks it's 90% restored, but the true professional restorer would think it's 10% restored.
