Last spring my mom who was 85 end of March had back and hip pain and was treated for months up till June. June 3rd she had a blood clot hit her lung, luckily she survived. After 36hrs in the hospital on oxygen and blood thinner her pains were gone. Luckily they were able to dissolve the blood clot. She came home 28 days later. She spent a total of 5 days in the hospital and 23 days in rehabilitation learning to walk since her legs were very weak. She did good all summer now her back and hip pain are back and she's not as active as she was all summer.
