Larry posted below how he likes to see all the pictures of this wonderful country.
So here are some I took 5-6 years ago. I used to take off a week and drive truck for a friend. He had a regular route going from Manchester, Iowa to Seattle, then down to LA and then back to Kansas City. You could drive it in a week with the stops. I liked seeing the different country.
Here are some pictures I took between Buffalo, Wyoming and Ten Sleep. It is in the southern part of Bighorn National Forest. This would have been on Route 16. Which has a switch back about half way to Ten Sleep going West. Driving a 280 inch truck with a 53 foot dry van you had to rub the guard rail on the outside of the switchback and the trailer tires would rub the inside of the curve. You took up the whole road. LOL
I did this the first time in the middle of a snow storm as they had I-90 closed and I did not want to wait in Buffalo. Sure got some strange looks going through Ten Sleep that time. There are only about 200 people in Ten sleep.
These pictures where taken in July. My Sister and her daughter rode along with me.
