Massy 202 Hydralics problem

I have a Massey 202, gas tractor that I use for pulling a 6' finish mower, 7' rake, just light stuff. My hydralic arms just started to reach for the sky when ever the tractor is turned on. Does anyone know what needs to be fixed?
