Well I think we need to get a handle on this bullying going on now days. Yes we had it when I was in school(class of 72) but it must be different now days as we never considered the irrational retaliation of now days. So if 50% extra curricular will help then I am all for it however I think we need to introduce some concept that has not even been invented yet. I don't know what that would be but some think tank must be able to come up with something. Lets at least try.
