They make a load for coyotes. A group of guys hunt them in our area every winter with shotguns. It might be called a predator load? I think it's basically hopped up buck shot . They also use a choke that is really tight. The names of this stuff is evading me right now. One guy said an 80yd shot is not out of the question.
