Looks like you got some good info! I had one of those for about 5 years - a 1957. Wish I still had it! I had to buy special plates because the cops kept hounding me about the amber tail lights.
Acctually had FOUR people in mine at one time! Not much room. I could sit with my left arm against the driver's door, tuck my right elbow into my waist, extend my arm and touch the passenger door.
I'm 6'7", so it looked like the circus when people saw me driving the thing.
To me, they look like a 1956 Chevy Belair that was washed in hot water and shrunk...
