I have bought, and we still have, all of the big three for work trucks. Latest has been a Ford Ecoboost. I am still skeptical about the ecoboost, but it tows great so far. Lots more power than I expected to have.
We have 2 Dodge mega cabs. they are 2008's, and we are throwing a lot of money at them now. mostly front end parts, but they are getting expensive to keep up. both have about 100k on them, and have not been driven hard or beat up.
Our chevys are mostly just runners. they dont do as well with the trailers. One needed a new cam shaft at 56K
