I could not stand owning a place and not living on the place. I do a lot of stuff for a friend who owns 2 plus places and live in another place some 30 or so miles away form any of them. He has more equipment and stuff in general then he knows what to do with and he is always having a hard time making things work when he wants it to but then is will sit for a year or more then he wonders why it will not start so he calls me and I go look at it and have it running in 15 minutes
