You need to get this taken care of by Jan 30 2014 or your CDL will become null and void and will be downgraded to a regular car drivers license.
If you let it go to far after Jan 30,2014 they will make you start the CDL process all over again just like you never had one. This includes 3rd party road test and taking all the test over again.
