From your "reply" look near the bottom for "upload photo", then "browse" (browse does the magic of taking you to the pictures in your hard drive as under "my documents" & "my pictures" pick one then do "open" then "upload". The picture should show in a small box in your reply. After it's there click "continue" to either add more pictures or finish your post.
