Well here in central NY where I live, I had to request all my venders/ utility providers, that I deal with to send all my statements/ bills via fax, or e-mail. had to request this 5 years ago. Our mail was not being delivered to us, and is still not. We have gone to the regional Postal facility and complained several times, however all they say is that in our case the mail delivery is contracted out, and they can't be held liable for a private contractor if we don't get our mail. WTF is that???? BS. There are 2 mailboxes on our mail route with the same mailbox #, however the dumb twit that delivers our mail can't read past my box #112 to read the road name of others on different roads with the same# We have mistakenly opened the other 112's mail and resealed it, and put it back in our mail box, to "send" and took a marker and inked message on envelope stating sent to wrong address; and got a notice from USPS that what we did was illeagle. Amasingly all the junk mail arives every day. Needless to say their service sucks. Loren, the Acg.
