Category "0" has a smaller spacing between the hitch points (eg. 20" between lower lift arms vs. 26" for cat."1") and smaller pins. There are some hybrid cat. 0/1 hitches which use the smaller (cat. "0") spacing between hitch points but have cat. "1" size pins. True cat. "0" hitches are mostly on garden tractors. Some of the smaller compacts have the hybrid cat. 0/1 hitches. Both cat. 1 and 0/1 implements are available by mail order from Central Tractor and Northern Hydraulics, amoung others. Most implement dealers don't generally stock, but can order cat. 0 and cat. 0/1 implements. Brinley and Worksaver are some of the brands that make cat. 0 and cat. 0/1 implements.
