If I talk to a man on the phone I do sometimes ship parts and wait for the money. Never had a bad one yet. But email inquiries I always wait for the payment. All too many times I never hear from them again. Use your bathroom scales and use USPS or UPS online site to calculate shipping. Use Priority mail up to 8 or 10 pounds. On heavier parts UPS and a buck a pound will hit it pretty close. The Priority Flat-rate boxes are a pretty good deal for smaller parts that will fit in the box and the boxes are free. Your post office should have a supply.
