Hate to hear that but you have to do what's necessary for your family first. Then do what you can to keep your farm going. I was the last one to grow up on our home place 153 years in the family (family still owns it but I don't think I'll ever have the chance to live on it or work it again) I'm sure your kids will feel the same as I do I hate knowing I can't go home again. If it takes an outside job to keep it in the family do it. Good luck to you. I'm sure it will work out.

Today's Featured Article - Show Coverage: Argyle and Mt. Pleasant Labor Day Weekend Shows - by Cindy Ladage. The last fling before summer fades into fall and we get busy in the fields are the annual Labor Day tractor shows. Beginning on September 5th and running through the 7th, the Argyle Antique Gas and Engine Show is held at the Argyle State Park.
