In 1972 I worked in that building "down there" while employed by RCA Broadcast. The whole thing was new and RCA sold WHO-TV their new transmitter. We helped WHO engineers install and turn on the equipment for the first time. If I remember correctly, there were 3 stations there that all broadcast TV off the same tower. The building is pretty massive as far as broadcast transmitter buildings go.
