Help with info on the MF35

About 6 years ago I bought an MF35 in fairly good condition. Having grown up on a small farm with an old JD two-lunger with stick clutch, the MF35 was the cat's meow. Dual range rear end, live PTO and everything but a beautiful blonde with it, it does everything my little 10 acre spread requires of it. Other than a slow leak of hydraulic/transmission fluid out the back of the shaft, everything works. However, the generator doesn't charge and the regulator has been fried since I bought it, and I rewired it just to get the ignition and lights to work. And I don't mind charging the battery periodically.
I have a small manual on the tractor but know very little about when it was made, strengths & weaknesses. If anyone has some info on when it was produced and a source of parts and/or supplies for it that I could refer to when needed, I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
