Just for your info, and I am NOT NOT NOT being the correct police here, but most Codes for commercial or industrial use require handrails on both sides, and spindles with no more than a 4" gap between. Most commercial or industrial Codes also require any wood sitting on concrete floor to be treated, will last much longer. {Can be just resting on a treated 2X plate.} Just for your info.
