Can't say without more info, but my suspicion is that you've got a Ferguson. It looks an awful lot like a Ford "N" series. The louvres in the grille should be almost horizontal, slanting in towards centre line. Hood emblem was Ferguson. I assume it's missing but holes are probably still there. 9N and 2N's had Ford logo above a rectangular plaque which said "with Ferguson System". ( 8N's said only FORD). I can tell you more if you give me more specifics.
