Farmall H /loader and blade--good buy at $2000?

A local lawn shop gargage is selling a Farmall H with blade and frt. loader (3 pt. hitch) for 2000. He is in the process of installing a new clutch. Is this a good price? I have a coworker who is willing to part with a Farmall H w/o the 3 pt. or the attachments for $700. Which is the better deal? (the first also has better tires, both need a paint job). Also...I am curious...has anyone had to haul a tractor a long way..say 20-30 miles..without a trailer..I'm trying to figure how to get a tractor home after I finally buy one.........One last question...I am going to an auction this sunday where there will be two Farmall C's. What is a good starting price for this machine?....Thanks in advance.
