Had the same call a few weeks ago from a fellow with a strong accent that claimed he could fix my windows.
Had the poor sap on the phone for over five minutes.
I told him yes I have been having trouble with bugs and that I did need my windows fixed as the screen was ripped and the dang flies keep getting inside.
He kept on trying to explain that thats not the kind of windows they fix, I kept on saying my windows are no different than any others and that if they are in the business they should know what to do.
Every time he told me he needed my personal information I just reminded him that if he knew to call me to fix my problems then he must know who he has called.
We played ring around the rosie back and forth for a few more minutes until he finally told me that he couldn't help me today, so I then asked him why he called me then, at that point he hung up on me.
If nothing else I used up five minutes of his time that could have been spent trying to scam somebody else.
Once the cows are fed I seem to have too much spare time on my hands, might be time for another hobby.
