I'm working on one of those rural king 2425 tractors with a loader for a friend. He was doing some landscape work around the house and the loader quit raising and the 3pt arms wouldn't raise. I done some research, found a few articles that the pumps in these tractors were weak. A parts supplier recommended a new and improved rebuild kit that was supposed to correct weak pump issues. Anyway the kit has been installed but still no pressure to lift the bucket or the arms. It is full of fluid, has fluid to the pump but doesn't seem to build any pressure. I can disconnect the return line and pee more than coming out of the return. Is there a check valve somewhere that may be preventing the pump from building pressure? The pump is primed, I just don't know where else to look or what to trouble shoot. Everyone I talk to doesn't know or want to know anything about these tractors. The parts supplier says the rebuild kit should've fixed the problem and that nothing else should cause this problem. Any of you dealt with these tractors?
