They forfeited the stand when they trespassed and put it up. I will tell you now nothing makes me madder than trespassing hunters. They knew they where trespassing and didn't care. If you give them an inch they will take a mile. Take it down keep it at the farm for a few months if they come and ask for it tell them to talk to the sheriffs office and explain how it came to be on your property and they can have it. DON'T bend over for them because they will put it to you.
