on the contrary I usually try to explain the difference sometimes folks reply with OK I know what a stop light is.. As an example of my younger days of having several emploeys I recall one new guy saying Wilson makes me so mad. The others on the same crew asked why.. He gives so detailed instruction you know exactly what he wants if you will just listed. One older guy said he would not work again for any one else that did not get as detailed as I did as there was never any doubt what was to be done. When I closed down because of health all the fellows and the office lady expressed how good it was to work for me because they always knew just what their job was.
